Selling or letting your property
As an agency we value your property, prepare it for listing, arrange photography and viewings, check prospective tenants or buyers, and handle the contract. If the property needs finishing work before it goes on the market, our craft studio can do it.
Property management
For owners who live abroad, own several units, or simply do not want to be a landlord every day.

Listing, viewings, tenant checks, rental agreement and handover with an inventory and meter readings.
Rent and payments
Monthly rent collection, utility payments and transfer to the owner with a statement.

Terms
Management is provided under a written contract with a monthly fee based on the size and type of property. Letting is charged separately, once per new tenancy. There are no fees for work you did not approve.
Craft studio
We make interior products in wood, cork, plant fibres and plastic, in batches large enough for a building and small enough for a single flat.
Wood
Shelving, wall panels, trims, window sills and small furniture in oak, ash and birch plywood.
Cork & fibre
Cork boards and panels, woven rattan and straw inserts, baskets and storage.
Plastic
Moulded profiles, cable channels, planters and fittings for spaces where wood is not practical.
For developers and retailers
We supply finishing products wholesale for new buildings and renovation projects, and stock a wider range of household and interior goods through our non-specialised wholesale trade. Send us your drawings or quantities for a quote.

A Kyiv company that works with property from both sides: the contract and the carpentry.
FINISH ART LLC owns, sells, lets and manages residential and commercial property in Kyiv. Our production side makes wooden, plastic and natural-fibre interior products, which we use in our own properties and supply to others.

Privacy Policy
Effective from September 30, 2026
FINISH ART LLC ("Finish Art", "we") works with the people who rent, buy, sell and own property, and with the businesses that buy our products. This policy describes what personal data we handle in each of those relationships and how we protect it. It is prepared under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and takes into account the GDPR for visitors and clients in the European Union.
1. Controller

2. Data by relationship
Prospective tenants and buyers. Name, contact details, the property you are interested in, viewing times, and, before a rental agreement is signed, information you provide to confirm your ability to rent: identity document details, employment or income confirmation, and the number of occupants and pets.
Tenants. Contract details, payment history, meter readings, maintenance requests, inspection notes and photographs of the property condition taken at handover and during inspections.
Property owners. Identity and ownership documents required to sell or let the property on your behalf, bank details for rent transfers, and your instructions and approvals for maintenance work.
Business customers of our studio and wholesale trade. Names and contact details of company representatives, delivery addresses, and order and invoice history.
Website visitors. What you write in the contact form, and technical data needed to display the site.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Arranging viewings and concluding sale, rental and management contracts (performance of a contract, or steps before one).
- Checking prospective tenants so that owners can make an informed decision (your consent, given when you submit the rental application).
- Collecting rent, paying utilities and reporting to owners (performance of the management contract).
- Carrying out repairs and inspections (performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in keeping properties in good condition).
- Meeting tax, accounting and real estate transaction requirements (legal obligation).
- Fulfilling product orders and wholesale supply (performance of a contract).
4. Photographs of homes
Photographs taken for listings are made only with the owner's agreement and, if the property is occupied, after notifying the tenant. We do not photograph personal belongings, documents or people. Inspection photographs are shared only with the owner and are used to record the condition of the property.
5. Sharing
We share data with the other party to a transaction as needed (for example, an owner receives a summary of a tenant's application, not copies of their documents), with notaries and state registrars in property transactions, with banks for payments, with contractors who carry out repairs (limited to the address, access time and a contact number), and with carriers delivering products. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
6. Retention
- Rental applications that did not result in a tenancy: deleted within 3 months.
- Tenancy and management records: for the duration of the contract and 3 years after it ends, the general limitation period under Ukrainian civil law.
- Sale transaction documents and accounting records: as long as required by tax and property legislation.
- Contact form messages: 12 months if no contract followed.
7. Security
Copies of identity and ownership documents are stored in encrypted storage with access limited to the agent responsible for the transaction. Keys to managed properties are held in a secure key cabinet and labelled with a code, never with an address.
8. Your rights
You may request access to your data, a copy of it, correction, restriction or deletion, object to processing, and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to info@finishartllc.cyou; we answer within 30 days. You may also contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, or your local EU supervisory authority.
9. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary technical storage is used.
10. Updates
We may revise this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
